Please join Rebecca Skloot on February 18th when she will help kick off the Pink Palace's special Genetics Lecture Series and DNA exhibit with a talk and reading from her book, The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks, which is forthcoming from Crown/Random House. Skloot is an award winning freelance writer who contributes regularly to the New York Times Magazine, and others. She teaches creative nonfiction at the University of Memphis, where she directs the River City Writers Series.
